Refund and Returns Policy

Overview At NOBLETIDES, we are committed to providing the highest quality research materials. Due to the sensitive nature of our products (research peptides and lab supplies) and to ensure strict quality control, all sales are final. Once a product has left our temperature-controlled facility, we cannot accept returns, as we can no longer guarantee the integrity, purity, or storage conditions of the compound.

Damaged or Incorrect Items We meticulously inspect all orders prior to shipping. However, if you receive a damaged vial, a compromised package, or an incorrect item, you must notify us within 72 hours of the delivery date. To file a claim, please contact our support team at [email@nobletides.com] and include:

  • Your Order Number.

  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and the original packaging.

Upon verification, we will issue a replacement for the damaged or incorrect items at no additional cost. We do not offer monetary refunds for damaged goods; we only provide replacements to ensure your research is not interrupted.

Research Outcomes Our products are strictly explicitly sold for in-vitro research and laboratory purposes only. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits based on your research outcomes, experimental results, or lack thereof.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. NOBLETIDES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as “Delivered.”

Chargeback Policy Fraudulent chargebacks will not be tolerated. If a chargeback is filed without contacting our support team first to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to permanently ban your account and shipping address from future purchases, and we will submit all necessary tracking and communication evidence to the payment gateway to dispute the claim.
